Job summary

ClubLink is seeking a seasonal front desk clerk to welcome guests, manage reservations, and provide information on local attractions. The position involves checking guests in/out, balancing cash, and coordinating with housekeeping to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends in a hotel setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Seasonal position with short-term commitment (1–7 months).
• Customer service orientation and ability to handle guest inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Register arriving guests and assign rooms.
• Process group arrivals and departures.
• Take, cancel and change room reservations.
• Provide information on hotel facilities and services.
• Provide general information about local points of interest.
• Process departures, calculate charges and receive payments.
• Balance cash and prepare cash reports.
• Maintain inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments.
• Follow safety procedures and guest security protocols.
• Answer phones and relay messages.
• Assist guests with special needs.
• Provide wakeup calls as requested.
• Perform light housekeeping and clerical duties.
• Provide excellent customer service.
