Job summary

Canalta Hotels in Alberta is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. You will clean guest rooms and public areas, restock supplies, and ensure high cleanliness standards to enhance guest comfort.

This role handles 32 hours per week with shift or on-call work, no degree required, and you will work in a friendly hotel environment. English language required; training provided.

• Experience in housekeeping or related field with 2 years to less than 3 years.
• Ability to work 32 hours per week and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
• Dust furniture
• Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture
• Make beds and change sheets
• Distribute clean towels and toiletries
• Stock linen closet
• Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
• Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items
• Launder clothing and household linens
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
• Wash windows, walls and ceilings
