Tim Hortons Québec is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced environment across our Ontario locations. You will lead and train staff, manage budgets, ensure food safety standards, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Your role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on supervision of 5–10 team members, with a focus on scheduling, performance reviews, and operational planning to maintain profitability and guest

Qualifications

• Safe Food Handling certificate (required)
• Experience: 2–3 years in a fast-paced restaurant
• Strong supervision and staff training abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
