Job summary

Kibbi is seeking a seasonal hotel front desk agent in Ontario to register guests, manage reservations, provide information on services and local attractions, and handle payments. The role emphasizes accuracy, customer service, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Hours range 30–44 per week; on-site work with potential for overnight shifts, weekends, and overtime. Prior hospitality experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms.
  • Process group arrivals and departures.
  • Take, cancel and change room reservations.
  • Provide information on hotel facilities and services.
  • Provide general information about points of interest in the area.
  • Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments.
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms.
  • Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments.
  • Answer telephone and relay messages.
  • Provide customer service.
