Job summary

Tim Hortons in London, Ontario is seeking a proactive Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations, model exceptional guest service, and build a high‑performing, positive work environment in a fast‑paced café.

You will manage schedules, control costs, uphold food safety standards, coach and motivate staff, and drive sales while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive team culture aligned with our values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years in food service management, preferably in a high-volume setting such as a café, bakery, or restaurant.
• High school diploma required; post-secondary education in hospitality or business is an asset.
• Serve Safe Certification or equivalent (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations with a Guests Come First attitude, model outstanding service.
• Develop team schedules, assign duties, and maintain proper shift coverage.
• Oversee budgets, control costs, and manage financial reporting.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse and inclusive team.
• Foster a respectful, motivating workplace through daily huddles and open communication.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards are followed.
