Tim Hortons is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a fast-paced team and deliver exceptional guest service in a Tim Hortons location in Canada. You will model enthusiasm, train teammates, and ensure cleanliness and quality while supporting day-to-day operations of a busy quick-service environment.

You will recruit and coach a diverse team, promote respectful communication, and manage inventory and ordering to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Manage the shift by ensuring your team has all the tools they need to succeed
• Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for our guests as well as follow all operating guidelines for each piece of equipment
• Recruit, train, and coach a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons high standards of operation
• Promote a respectful team environment and manage team members with open communication and understanding
• Manage inventory and ordering
