Job summary

The Days Inn Regina Airport West is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, check them in, and deliver warm, professional service at the front desk.

Shifts include mornings and afternoons, weekdays to Sundays with weekend availability; require strong communication, customer service experience, and ability to work in Canada. Multilingual abilities are a plus; hotel procedures familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role, hotel or hospitality preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially languages spoken by guests.
• Familiar with front desk operations and hotel procedures.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
• Handle guest requests for information, such as directions or local attractions
• Operate the hotel phone system, transferring calls and taking messages accurately
• Assist with the night audit process, including reconciling accounts and preparing reports
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
