d3h Hotels in Lloydminster invites a friendly Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team. This part-time, permanent role combines guest check-in/out duties with night audit tasks while delivering warm Prairie hospitality.

We value previous customer service experience, strong written and verbal communication, and multitasking ability. Multilingual skills are a plus. Some evening or overnight shifts may be required to support our guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in hotel or hospitality.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel procedures is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Evening or overnight shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Handle guest requests for information, directions, and local attractions.
• Operate the hotel phone system and transfer calls accurately.
• Assist with the night audit process and reconcile accounts.

Shifts
Shifts can vary:
7:30am-3:30pm
3:30pm-11:30pm

• Responsibilities Include
• Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
• Handle guest requests for information, such as directions or recommendations for local attractions
• Operate the hotel phone system, transferring calls and taking messages accurately
• Assist with the night audit process, including reconciling accounts and preparing reportsMaintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• Requirements
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Multilingual skills are a plus, particularly fluency in languages commonly spoken by hotel guests
• Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel procedures is preferred
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
