The Home Inn & Suites by d3h Saskatoon South is hiring a Part-Time Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, manage bookings, and verify payments at check-in. The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor and strong customer service.

Shifts include mornings, afternoons, and evenings with weekend and holiday availability. Ideal candidates are organized, able to multitask, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out.
• Receive and manage reservations online and by telephone.
• Verify guests' payment methods during check-in.
• Follow operational standards and procedures.
• Assign rooms and inform guests about specials.
• Arrange transport for guests on request.
• Provide guests with hotel and city information.
• Coordinate with General Manager and other departments.
