Job summary

The Regina Exhibition Association Limited is seeking a Guest Services Representative to greet visitors, respond to questions, and support event operations across the campus. The role emphasizes friendly, proactive service and smooth frontline operations in busy public spaces.

Responsibilities include reception duties, data entry, cash handling for programs and store offerings, and coordinating with departments using event management and incident reporting systems.

Qualifications

• Completed Grade 12 or equivalent required; Office Education certificate preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years direct experience in delivering front facing public customer service.
• Experience with answering multi-line phone systems preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and M365 tools; event management; and incident reporting systems.
• Experience in data entry, processing (via web), invoicing, and cash handling procedures required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, answer questions, provide directions.
• Perform administrative and clerical tasks and data entry.
• Handle payments for programs and merchandise with proper cash handling.
• Provide reception duties, manage multi-line phone system and direct inquiries.
• Resolve guest issues and escalate when needed.
