Job summary

The Salvation Army seeks a Guest Experience Representative in Ontario to manage check-in/check-out, reservations, inquiries, and concierge-style support. You will coordinate group bookings and liaise with dining, kitchen, and housekeeping to ensure smooth daily operations.

Primary duties include front desk transactions, data entry, and prompt issue resolution, with shifts including evenings and weekends for on-site guest services.

Qualifications

• Secondary schooling completed; post-secondary hospitality asset.
• Minimum two years in admin or customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, computer skills, and friendly service approach.
• Ability to operate AV and office equipment; work independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service via calls, emails, and inquiries.
• Welcome visitors and group leaders, anticipating needs and ensuring quality.
• Coordinate arrivals, sign-ins, room assignments, and internal comms.
• Manage front desk bookings, changes, check-ins/outs, payments.
• Screen calls, relay messages, and respond to correspondence promptly.
• Handle recordkeeping, invoicing, data entry, and reporting.
• Safeguard confidential information and maintain accurate records.
• Oversee office logistics, mail/courier services, and general admin tasks.
• Provide on-site support by coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance.
• Set up meeting spaces, AV gear, dining areas; maintain common-area cleanliness.
