Reporting to the Service Manager, you will help maintain smooth service in a fast-paced entertainment venue. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, is 18+, and brings strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills; 1–3 years in a similar role is assets.
• Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
• Flexible with solid interpersonal skills in a diverse environment.
• Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a busy setting.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and manners.
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon entry and ensure comfort navigating dining and other areas.
• Receive and record reservations and assign tables.
• Escort guests to tables or seating areas as needed.
• Maintain familiarity with menu items and offerings.
• Address guest questions and resolve complaints professionally.
• Monitor dining areas and equipment for cleanliness and readiness.
• Coordinate with wait staff and other serving teams.
• Stock service stations and assist kitchen/bar staff as needed.
• Assist in washing dishes during peak times and busy periods.
• Prepare for large parties and events in banquet areas.
