Qualifications

• Valid Ontario Smart Serve Certificate required.
• Experience with customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote an outstanding hospitality experience to guests.
• Keep restaurant areas clean and well maintained.
• Follow safety procedures at all times.
• Set up and tear down for events and activities.
• Inform guests about pricing for events and promotions.
• Relay guest inquiries to management clearly and promptly.
• Manage reservations inquiries and counter content.
• Ensure stations are clean and fully operational.
