Qualifications

• You are of legal drinking age.
• You have customer service experience (preferably).
• You pay close attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and recording guest reservations and assigning tables.
• Greeting guests at the entrance and escorting them to tables.
• Staying familiar with the composition of all menu items.
• Speaking with guests to ensure satisfaction and addressing complaints.
• Accepting guest payments for food and beverages.
• Cleaning designated areas as per hygiene requirements.
