Job summary

Germain Hotels group in Canada is seeking a warm, guest-focused Front Desk / F&B service assistant to welcome guests, manage seating, and support the service team. You will help set up dining spaces, assist with meetings and banquets, and help maintain a smooth flow of service with attention to detail.

You will communicate in French and English across Canada, bring strong organizational skills, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Bilingual in French and English for interactions across Canada.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and respond proactively to their needs.
• Escort guests, manage reservations and waitlists, coordinate seating.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Assist with setting up dining areas, meetings and banquet spaces.
• Support service including setup, clearing and organizing.
• Maintain cleanliness, stocking and proper storage of equipment.
• Follow standards and regulations, including beverage service.
