Job summary

Gray Collection in Montreal, QC is seeking a friendly dining room server to advise guests, take orders, and deliver food and drinks. You will work closely with the dining room team to create an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities include setting up the dining room, checking guest satisfaction, handling payments, keeping areas clean, and assisting with other duties as needed. Must have 1 year restaurant experience, excellent English and French communication, and be available evenings

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of restaurant industry experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong interest in teamwork and collaboration.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good organizational skills.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Properly set up the dining room before service begins.
• Advise guests and take orders.
• Serve ordered food and beverages.
• Check on guest satisfaction whenever possible.
• Respond to all guest requests.
• Process billing and payment once the meal is completed.
• Ensure the cleanliness of their work area, the dining room, and the restrooms.
• Perform any other related duties necessary to ensure smooth service operations.
