Placements24 is seeking a personable Concierge Services Coordinator to enhance the guest experience at a premier property in Kimberley, British Columbia. You will assist guests with bookings for local tours, restaurants, transportation, and other activities, while providing informed recommendations.

The ideal candidate has hospitality or customer service experience, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a friendly, proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in concierge, guest relations, or customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of the Kimberley area and surrounding attractions.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive concierge services to guests, anticipating and fulfilling their needs.
• Make reservations for restaurants, tours, transportation, and other local activities.
• Offer personalized recommendations and information about local attractions, eventos, and dining.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently and professionally.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers to arrange guest services.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services and local area offerings.
