Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in administration or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and coordinate service according to event needs.
• Coordinate with client teams and onsite booking system for movement and bookings.
• Support reception areas, labels, and visitor management during events.
• Communicate professionally via email and phone, following policies.
