Job summary

The Capilano Group is seeking Parking Ambassadors in North Vancouver to monitor guest safety and traffic flow in the parking lots. You will welcome guests, direct arrivals and departures, and provide directions while delivering friendly, high-quality service in an outdoor team setting.

This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and exceptional guest experiences, with shifts including evenings and weekends. A wage of $18.75 per hour is offered, along with employee benefits and staff discounts

Qualifications

• One (1) year of Guest service experience in the tourism industry.
• Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle high volumes of vehicle traffic and guest interactions professionally.
• Positive, proactive and energetic personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Second language is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor guest safety and traffic flow in parking lot.
• Greet guests, direct vehicles and provide directions.
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold guest service standards.
• Assist with ticket payments and machine troubleshooting.
• Enforce safety rules and Capilano policies.
• Coordinate with Operations for daily tasks.
