Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior parking experience strongly preferred.
• Strong customer service and cash handling abilities are required.
• Must be polite and friendly and possess excellent interpersonal skills, as this position has extensive guest and employee contact.
• Ability to multitask.
• Able to work various hours as needed, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to work outdoors with extreme heat and varying weather conditions.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Controlling/monitoring entry to the guests’ and employees’ parking lots.
• Provide all guests a positive first impression by offering quality service
• Monitoring parking lots for safety and security of guests and employees and vehicles.
• Provide guests with directions and other venue information.
• Guide guests and employees to available parking spaces.
• Maximize the number of vehicles per lot.
• Respond to all comments/complaints in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
• Collect cash and/or coupons and maintain security of cash.
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance during all scheduled shifts.
