Job summary

Delta Hotels Dartmouth by Marriott is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our front desk team. Reporting to the Guest Services Manager, you will provide courteous and professional service to guests during their stay and handle check-ins/check-outs with accuracy.

Responsibilities include processing payments, coordinating with housekeeping, and communicating guest needs to appropriate departments. A strong customer-first mindset and attention to detail are essential in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a front-line customer service environment.
• Front Desk/Guest Experience is a strong asset.
• Positive attitude with a passion for delivering high-level customer service.
• Tourism & Hospitality Diploma or Business Administration Diploma is considered an asset.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out guests, creating a positive experience.
• Process guest payments and handle all payment types and vouchers.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to track room status and guest concerns.
• Communicate guests’ needs to all appropriate departments.
• Monitor daily reports and credit card authorization reports.
• Answer calls, record requests, and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Perform other related duties as required.
