Job summary

Delta Dartmouth in Dartmouth, NS is seeking an Evening Food & Beverage Outlet Server to join our hospitality team. You will service Dining Room, Room Service and Grab & Go options, delivering outstanding guest experiences while upholding hotel standards.

Shifts typically run from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with weekend and holiday availability required. A background in bartending and hotel F&B is preferred, and a valid Serve Right certificate (or willingness to obtain) is required.

Qualifications

• Previous Bartending experience required.
• Previous hotel food/beverage experience is considered an asset.
• Must have a valid Serve Right Certificate (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Report to the Food and Beverage Manager and Outlets Supervisors and service dining room, room service, and 'Grab and Go' outlets.
• Ensure guest and associate satisfaction while maintaining hotel standards.

Shifts: Evening shifts vary in start and end times but are typically scheduled from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.. Availability on weekends and holidays is required, and schedules may be adjusted based on guest needs.

Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager and Outlets Supervisors, the successful candidate will actively participate in all aspects of servicing the hotel’s Food/Beverage Outlets – Dining Room Service, Room Service, and “Grab and Go” Service. This will include ensuring guest and associate satisfaction while maintaining hotel standards.
