Job summary

Sienna Senior Living's Aspira Brants Landing in Brantford, ON is seeking a compassionate Guest Attendant to connect with residents and support their daily living. You will build relationships with residents and families, offering a range of care options that enrich health, well‑being, and daily life.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 minimum education required.
• Safe Serve designation and one year experience in dining room service.
• You must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit.
• You must successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check.
• Sienna Senior Living may utilize artificial Intelligence to screen or assess applicants for this position.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Answer resident call bells and door alarms promptly and courteously.
• Assist with transporting residents to and from rooms, activities, health office and dining room.
• Provide ongoing cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual support; as well as oral and dental care.
• Complete laundry and housekeeping duties as outlined by assignments.

• Provide ongoing cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual support; as well as oral and dental care
• Completing laundry and housekeeping duties as outlined by assignments

What you need to know:

• Grade 12 minimum education required
