Job summary

APPLY is seeking a Talent Lead to own our global recruitment function, including executive searches, across multiple regions. You will lead and develop a team, partner with business leaders on hiring strategy, and embed AI tools into day-to-day recruiting.

The role involves close collaboration with the CEO and CPO to shape talent strategy for the company’s next phase. The position is a 1-year contract based in Canada with hybrid/remote options, aligning with ET or PT time zones to support global

Qualifications

6+ years in Talent Acquisition, tech consulting preferred.
Experience with full-cycle recruitment and executive search.
Experience leading talent operations across multiple regions.
Experience mentoring a team and guiding direct reports.
Trusted advisor to senior leaders, including C-suite.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Experience using AI tools to enhance hiring processes.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment across all levels and regions, including executive searches.
Oversee global talent operations and align hiring priorities with regional leaders.
Develop proactive sourcing strategies with robust pipelines across disciplines.
Coordinate with People Ops and executives for interview logistics and decisions.
Maintain regular communication with the CEO and C-suite on search progress.
Foster employer branding, candidate engagement, and diversity initiatives.
