Job summary

Jobber is seeking a Revenue Technology Manager to join our Sales Enablement & Operations team in Vancouver or Edmonton. You’ll own RevTech operations, provide tool support, and partner on large rollouts to help GTM teams move faster with AI-enabled automation.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, systems-minded and service-oriented, with hands-on Salesforce experience and comfort in a ticketing environment. Remote-friendly options exist within hub cities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce experience, including objects, users, profiles and data quality considerations.
• Experience working in a SaaS, RevOps, Sales Ops, Revenue Technology, or tech-adjacent environment.
• Comfort operating in a ticketing, intake, or request-based environment; Jira experience is a plus.
• AI literacy and curiosity; interest in designing AI-supported processes responsibly.
• Process thinking to identify steps, dependencies and opportunities for clarity and speed.
• Strong communication skills; ability to summarize findings clearly and guide next steps.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with partners.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding, offboarding, and user lifecycle processes across GTM tech stack.
• Provide first-line support for RevTech tools and triage intake requests.
• Investigate requests, scope impact, and route or execute low-risk changes.
• Design cleaner workflows, documentation, and AI-enabled support.
• Support larger project rollouts with requirements, current-state processes, and change management.
• Conduct platform auditing and data quality checks; validate configurations and data loads.
• Maintain runbooks and keep documentation current; contribute to AI-driven workflow improvements.
