Lassie is hiring a GTM Associate to ignite demand from doctors' offices in Toronto. You will craft outreach, run multi-channel campaigns, and learn which messages land with small practices. You’ll work closely with Account Executives to schedule demos for ICP offices and help keep the GTM engine organized and effective.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in SDR/BDR, move fast, and excel at building rapport with busy professionals. This is an in-person role in our Toronto office, five days a week.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years SDR/BDR experience.
• Move fast, think fast, improve with every rep.
• Build real rapport with busy doctors within 90 seconds.

Responsabilités

• Build lists of promising doctors' offices and run thoughtful outreach across email, phone, social, events, and more.
• Experiment with messages, segments, and channels to learn where demand is strongest.
• Run early discovery conversations to understand practice operations and Lassie fit.
• Partner with Account Executives to schedule demos with offices that meet Lassie’s ICP.
• Keep the GTM engine organized, measured, and moving.
