Job summary

Punt is expanding rapidly and seeks an intermediate Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruitment across Marketing, Commercial, CX, Fraud & Risk, Growth, and Analytics. You’ll partner with department leaders, design pipelines, and drive structured selection processes while building direct candidate networks in a Vancouver hybrid setup.

You will manage sourcing strategies, refine job specs with leadership, and ensure a top-notch candidate experience, with emphasis on data hygiene

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Domain comprehension across Commercial Analytics, Performance Marketing, Fraud/Risk Operations, and Customer Support.
• Proactive sourcing through Boolean search, targeted outreach, and referrals.
• Structured competency-based interviews with calibrated scorecards.
• Experience with modern recruiting tech stacks and ATS platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruiting lifecycle from intake to offer and onboarding alignment.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess competencies, domain fit, compensation expectations and culture.
• Deliver a transparent candidate experience and maintain engagement.
• Build direct pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, communities, and market mapping.
• Collaborate with VPs/Heads to refine job specs, benchmarks, and scorecards.
• Maintain ATS hygiene and report time-to-fill, pass-through, and offer metrics.
• Own recruiting operations for your client group and automate pipeline tracking.
• Track funnel analytics to optimize search strategies and channel efficiency.
• Support employer branding, candidate touchpoints, and talent playbooks.
• Plan recruiting events and develop talent nurturing initiatives including referrals.
