The ideal candidate has up to two years in recruitment coordination or HR admin, strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS platforms.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Up to two years of recruitment coordination/HR admin experience.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate recruitment intake meetings and gather position details.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Publish and remove postings as positions are filled.
• Prepare offer documentation for HR review.
