Harbourfront Wealth Management is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Vancouver-based HR team on a hybrid work model. You will support job postings, sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding, reporting to the HR Manager.

The role emphasizes organization, confidentiality, and professional communication while contributing to efficient recruitment operations in a growing financial services firm.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Up to two years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or administrative support; co-ops/internships considered.
• Familiarity with job boards and applicant tracking systems (Indeed, LinkedIn, CATS) is an asset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented approach.
• High organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple calendars and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate recruitment intake meetings and gather approved position details and timelines.
• Screen applications against job requirements and assist with initial screening.
• Identify potential candidates through job boards, networks, and databases; follow approved outreach approaches.
• Schedule interviews and keep candidates updated with logistics and materials.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers in platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and CATS.
• Update, format, and publish job descriptions and interview materials using approved templates.
• Prepare offer documentation for HR review.
• Participate in quarterly Co-Op recruitment, onboarding & offboarding cycles.
• Support HR projects and routine administrative duties while maintaining confidentiality.
• Respond to routine recruitment inquiries and share approved resources with hiring managers.
