Job summary

Global Traffic Group in Canada is seeking a Marketing Manager, Growth to lead GTG’s expansion into new markets, starting with priority US states. Reporting to the COO, you’ll drive awareness, generate qualified opportunities, and craft persuasive content for municipal and government buyers.

You are a strong writer who can translate complex traffic technology into clear benefits, create outreach campaigns, proposals, and sales materials, and measure results to guide next steps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills.
• Experience marketing technology or services to government or public-sector buyers.
• Experience contributing to RFP responses or business proposals.
• Hands-on experience with lead generation, email campaigns, CRM records, and website updates.

Responsibilities

• Market Growth: Drive marketing for GTG’s entry into new markets, beginning with priority US states.
• Content & Technical Writing: Write clear, persuasive content for municipal and government buyers.
• Proposals & Sales Materials: Strengthen RFP responses and proposals with better writing and presentation.
• Events: Coordinate conferences and trade shows and lead follow-up.
• Website & Digital Marketing: Manage website updates, forms, social content, and analytics.
• Advertising & Performance: Brief external advertising specialists and track results.
• AI & Automation: Use AI and marketing automation to support research, content, outreach, and reporting.
