Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and supporting customer project requirements.
• Support sales activities through quotation preparation, pricing administration, product recommendations, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Dispatch, Billing, and Production teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment, pricing, invoicing, and satisfaction.
• Maintain customer accounts, project records, pricing structures, and related data in Command Cloud with accuracy.
• Monitor customer needs, market trends, and sales performance, generating reports and insights for business decisions.
• Investigate and resolve order, project, and invoicing discrepancies to ensure billing accuracy.
• Process COD pre-authorizations, prepare sales documentation, and manage daily system exceptions.
