Scotiabank is seeking a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) for Canadian Commercial Banking in London, Ontario. You will grow a high-potential portfolio, drive new business, and deliver tailored financial solutions while partnering across the bank to support client growth.

You will lead client conversations, assess credit risk, and leverage market knowledge to uncover opportunities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years within Commercial Banking and business development in the banking/financial industry.
• Proven ability to drive business development including prospecting, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing opportunities.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and networking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead client conversations in a clear and compelling way.
• Sound credit and risk judgement with balance of growth and responsible decision-making.

• Build trusted relationships with Canadian businesses, acting as a key advisor on their growth and financial needs.
• Drive new business and expand your portfolio through proactive prospecting, networking, and pipeline management.

• Partner across the Bank to bring integrated solutions to our clients.
• Manage and grow a commercial portfolio, balancing relationship development with sound credit and risk practices.
• Identify emerging clients, portfolio, or operational risks and elevate concerns appropriately to support sound decision-making and strong portfolio health.
