Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Undergraduate degree in Business or Economics or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in Commercial Banking and business development.
• Proven ability to drive business development, including prospecting, pipeline mgmt, negotiation, closing.
• Initiative-taking, self-starter with strong organization, prioritization, and networking in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead client conversations clearly and persuasively.
• Sound credit and risk judgement with growth-focused decision-making.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to deliver tailored solutions.
• Ability to travel within the assigned market and have a vehicle.
