Qualifications

• Undergraduate/Graduate degree is required or preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction and improve the customer experience.
• Lead all aspects of relationship management for an assigned portfolio.
• Act as a confident business banker to meet customer needs with creative products/solutions.
• Actively refer to internal partners to meet customer needs and grow the business.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational risk requirements.
