ICONIX Waterworks is seeking a Project Coordinator to support outside sales, develop bids and tenders, and manage project follow-ups.

You will read engineered drawings, use estimating tools like Planswift, coordinate meetings, and maintain schedules and documentation to ensure timely execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations or related field or project management diploma/certificate.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, project management, preferably in waterworks/construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with outside sales to support project bids and tenders.
• Maintains and tracks project plans, delivery schedules, and deadlines.
• Prepares and maintains essential project documentation.
• Coordinates and attends project meetings with administrative support.
• Manages project take-offs, bid preparation, and quotations with pricing consistency.
• Facilitates quotation reviews with Account Managers prior to release.
• Maintains the quotation tracker for internal stakeholders.
• Identifies risks and proposes solutions to maintain momentum.
