ICONIX Waterworks in Ottawa, Ontario is seeking a customer-focused professional to join our sales support team. You will provide technical support and services to customers, work with the Outside Sales team to grow existing accounts and create new ones, and educate customers about features and benefits of our services and products.

The role involves processing orders, quotes, and letters, plus occasional warehouse assistance and other administrative duties.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1+ years’ experience in wholesale distribution.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to use various technology and new computer applications.
• Willingness to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Commitment to health and safety.
