ICONIX Waterworks Limited is seeking a project support specialist to collaborate with the outside sales team on bids, tenders, and follow-ups, ensuring alignment with customer expectations. You will manage project plans, documentation, and meetings, and coordinate take-offs, quotations, and risk mitigation to keep projects on track.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, proficiency with MS Office and estimating tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations or related field.
• Post-secondary education with a project management diploma/certificate.
• Minimum 3 years in sales, project management, preferably in waterworks/construction.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with outside sales to support project bids and tenders.
• Maintains project plans and delivery schedules against deadlines.
• Prepares essential project documentation and supports execution.
• Coordinates project meetings and records key actions.
• Manages take-offs, bid preparation, and quotations with pricing accuracy.
• Facilitates quotation review with Account Managers.
• Maintains the quotation tracker for internal stakeholders.
• Identifies and assesses project risks, proposing solutions to maintain momentum.
