Job summary

ICONIX Waterworks is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the Kamloops branch in Canada. You will drive daily operations in alignment with the business plan, oversee budgeting, and manage inventory and vendor relationships to ensure service excellence.

This role emphasizes continuous improvement, strong leadership, and data-driven decision making. The position requires a high school diploma or GED with a bachelor’s degree preferred; 7+ years of related experience including 3+ years in a leadership

• 7+ years of related work experience including 3 years’ work in a leadership role.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to run the branch per business plan.
• Evaluate and improve branch practices to meet timelines.
• Track financial and operational progress and report to regional manager.
• Develop and manage branch budget, including capital expenditures.
• Forecast budget monthly.
• Coordinate employee safety training.
• Monitor inventory and purchasing, reduce obsolescence.
• Perform related duties as required.

About the Role

• Lead a team of employees to effectively and efficiently run the branch according to the business plan
• Evaluate and make the necessary changes to the branch’s current practices and procedures to improve daily operations, and prioritizes work to successfully meet timelines, managing continuous improvement
• Track financial and operational progress of branch and provide metrics data to the regional manager regularly
• Develop and manage branch budget (including capital expenditures). Forecasts budget expectations monthly
• Facilitate employee safety training
• Monitor inventory levels/purchasing and inventory budget including: reducing and controlling slow and obsolete inventory
• May perform other related duties within the scope of the position as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization
