Real Fruit Bubble Tea Inc. is seeking a Multi-Unit Store Manager to supervise store sales performance and staff shifts across multiple locations in Ontario. You will foster a passionate, energetic retail environment and guide co-workers to growth and excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of store manager experience, or 4+ years in the food industry.
• Fluent English with strong written and spoken communication.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Effective multitasking and ability to perform under pressure.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• High level of organizational capabilities.
• Ability to implement company policies and procedures.
• Driver's license is an asset.
• Able to work late hours, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain frequent communication with Regional Manager and ensure policies are followed.
• Set achievable sales goals and motivate staff to meet them.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Train, supervise and provide feedback to staff.
• Foster an energetic, welcoming retail environment.
• Provide exceptional guest service and follow-up with customers.
• Assist in store operations including inventory and cleanliness.
• Ensure OHSA and ESA compliance for staff.
• Lead on-floor as a model for teammates.
• Drive strong business results by meeting deadlines and targets.
• Communicate effectively in verbal and written form.
• Encourage teamwork and cross-department collaboration.
• Proactively support other business areas as needed.
