Job summary

Fresh Kitchen + Juice Bar is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales, margin and P&L across the brand's restaurants in Canada. You will partner with GMs to coach, develop talent, and ensure operational excellence with guest satisfaction at the forefront.

You will spend time in stores observing, coaching, and resolving issues, while leading initiatives for brand standards, food safety, and marketing programs. A hybrid work setup supports business planning and field leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Restaurant Management experience.
• 1–3 years of multi-unit management experience.
• Knowledge of New Restaurant Opening Procedures, Renovation and Budgeting.
• Excellent leadership and facilitation skills.
• Active listening and constructive response to teammates under deadlines.
• Familiarity with RMS and Axonify reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Spend time in restaurants during key times to observe execution and ambiance; coach and engage with guests.
• Audit kitchen operations and provide actionable feedback.
• Champion Recipe Food Safety and Quality standards in stores.
• Investigate high-care customer complaints and coordinate with teams for resolution.
• Share brand standards and resources to close gaps.
• Work with brand leaders on store Business Plans and Scorecards.
• Evaluate Scorecards, identify gaps, coach GMs for improvement.
• Establish clear business goals and financial targets with leaders and GMs.
• Coordinate with brand leadership to align on issues affecting GE metrics.
• Visit restaurants as per segmentation model and involve SMEs to raise capability.
• Lead local store marketing initiatives and participate in weekly brand calls.
