Mind Games in Toronto is seeking a District Manager for the Eastern Canada region to lead multiple retail locations and drive district sales. You will mentor Store Managers, optimize operations, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across the district.

The role requires strong leadership, analytics, and the ability to travel regularly within the Eastern Canada territory, coordinating with Head Office on merchandising strategies and cost control in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail experience.
• Minimum 3 years of multi-store management experience.
• Proven ability to lead Store Managers and retail leadership teams.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving profitability.
• Strong analytics in multi-unit retail, budgeting, and performance management.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly across Eastern Canada.
