Qualifications

• Experience building strong connections with your team through clear, effective communication.
• Management experience overseeing retail staff, operations, and performance to drive sales results.
• Lead a culture of continuous improvement through innovation and collaboration.
• Ability to provide 40 hours weekly, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
