Job summary

Util-Assist Inc. in the Greater Toronto Area is seeking a Business Development Representative to support lead generation, market research, and outbound efforts.

You will coordinate meetings, maintain CRM data, and assist with sales materials while learning the full BD lifecycle. Ideal candidates have 1–2+ years in BD, marketing, or related roles, with strong communication and organizational skills, and a willingness to travel within Canada/US as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, Commerce, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Vice President, Business Development.
• Research prospective clients and market segments across North American utilities.
• Support outbound prospecting, lead generation, and outreach activities.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and track activity.
• Coordinate client meetings and develop sales enablement materials.
• Assist with industry research and events coordination.
