Job summary

The Radius Group seeks a Director of Marketing & Brand to own enterprise growth and brand strategy in Canada. You will connect customer needs, market opportunity, and business capability to create a differentiated position and drive meaningful commercial results.

You will work closely with Sales, Operations, Product & Technology and executives to guide Radius from $50M to $150M, leading brand architecture, customer insights, and go-to-market plans, while building a high-performing team and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline required.
• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience with at least 5 years in a Director or senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of scaling organizations and delivering measurable revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing internal marketing team with clear priorities and accountability.
• Build and execute Radius’ three-year enterprise growth strategy and brand architecture.
• Oversee external marketing partners, manage budgets, and ensure measurable impact across channels.
• Partner with Sales, Product & Technology to align offerings with market demand and drive go-to-market success.
