You will guide the marketing team, shape corporate communications, and drive growth through integrated campaigns. You will manage digital and traditional efforts, oversee budgets, and work with senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with strategic objectives and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive marketing experience.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience in tourism, travel, hospitality, international business, conferences, or corporate services is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic marketing leadership and develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Establish annual marketing plans, budgets, and performance targets.
• Oversee brand development and maintain a strong corporate identity across channels.
• Direct digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
• Lead market research, competitive analyses, and data-driven growth insights.
• Manage media relations, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with other departments and stakeholders.
• Monitor campaign ROI and optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies.
