Job summary

Lassonde is seeking a Marketing Director to define and deliver growth strategy for a portion of Lassonde Beverages Canada. You will own brand strategy, portfolio prioritization, investments, and market actions to drive performance.

Reporting to the VP, Marketing & Innovation, you will partner with Innovation, Commercialization, Shopper & Digital, and Sales to translate brand strategy into execution across channels and markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 12+ years in CPG marketing or brand management.
• Strong cross-functional leadership experience.
• Proven track record of driving growth and leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver portfolio strategy and performance.
• Lead brand and portfolio management, growth planning, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Innovation, Commercialization, Shopper & Digital and Sales.
• Provide strategic direction to Marketing teams and ensure successful launches.
