The Opportunity:
Under Sunwing Vacations, we are looking for a Group Sales Coordinator to join us in making vacation dreams come true. As the Group Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing booking administration support to the accounts and Group Sales Representatives as assigned. This includes making and modifying bookings and other skilled tasks to ensure group customers and travel agents are serviced quickly and efficiently. Professional, helpful, and friendly communications with customers is required, both written and by phone to nurture customer relationships and drive customer retention and referrals. The position reports to the Group Sales Supervisor and will be located in Toronto, ON.
