THE ROLE

We believe in the power of diversity and teamwork. The Sales Coordinator supports the sales process by assisting the sales team with customer requirements for products and services before creating the order package.

This role involves regular communication with internal and external customers to ensure orders meet company guidelines and uphold brand image. Responsibilities include Sales Support & Administration, Quotation Management, Order Preparation, and Customer Relationship Management.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Attend sales, team, and customer meetings
  • Assist in developing proposals and RFPs for customer presentations
  • Maintain documentation standards and follow dealership procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
  • Ensure high service accuracy
  • Support pricing, product research, and sourcing
  • Prepare and review quotations for sales presentations
  • Check specifications and support order fulfillment
  • Develop product specifications and produce professional quotes
  • Initiate service quotes and apply costs based on pricing guidelines
  • Respond to customer requests and clarify scope of work
  • Coordinate loaner products and resolve order discrepancies
  • Maintain Customer First standards and provide excellent customer relations
Candidate Profile

Customer-focused with experience in project coordination, customer service, or technical administrative roles supporting interior design or sales. Experience in furniture dealerships and LEED certification are assets. Strong organizational skills are essential, especially in managing multiple complex projects and stakeholders.
