Dilawri Group is actively seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our Business Development Centre at the Regional Head Office in Mississauga.

The role hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Friday or Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (with alternating days off).

Position Overview

As a BDC Sales Coordinator, you will manage and convert hot leads generated from online advertising and vehicle listings. Designed for individuals eager to learn and grow as sales professionals, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship from experienced sales leaders. This role involves no cold calling; you'll engage only with customers interested in purchasing and who request our outreach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and leads from online sources.
  • Engage with potential customers via phone, email, or chat to understand their needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
  • Guide customers through the vehicle selection process with excellent service and information.
  • Develop knowledge of our inventory, features, specifications, and pricing.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Schedule and coordinate dealership visits based on customer preferences.
  • Coordinate handovers to the sales team for in-person visits.
  • Participate in sales training programs to develop skills.
  • Shadow experienced salespeople to learn effective techniques.
  • Collaborate with the sales team during the sales process.
  • Assist with sales documentation and contracts.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, appointments, and outcomes.
  • Report regularly on lead conversion activities.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • OMVIC License.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong desire to learn sales skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Previous sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to multitask and type 50 words per minute is advantageous.
  • Experience in mobile and computer gaming is considered a plus.
