Job summary

Mitratech is seeking an Associate Product Marketing Manager for its GRC portfolio. You will shape go‑to‑market strategy, messaging, and sales enablement, collaborating with Product, Sales, Demand Gen, and Customer Marketing.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled workflows and competitive intelligence to drive product adoption. You’ll work remotely from anywhere in Canada, with strong preference for aligning with Eastern Time and a CAD pay range.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in product marketing or B2B technology SaaS.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, or Customer teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify complex products for different audiences.
• Experience creating marketing and sales enablement materials for B2B audiences.
• Comfortable conducting market and competitive research and turning findings into insights and assets.
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve research, content creation, analysis, or marketing workflows.
• Experience in GRC, risk, compliance, cybersecurity, or enterprise SaaS is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business/Communications is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support go‑to‑market activities for new products, capabilities, and features.
• Translate product updates into launch messaging, sales materials, and customer assets.
• Coordinate with Product, Demand Generation, Customer Marketing, and Sales for launch execution.
• Develop messaging and materials to support cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
• Maintain consistency of product positioning across marketing and sales channels.
• Create and maintain sales enablement materials and asset repositories.
• Assist with sales training and internal communications around new products and competitive insights.
• Provide timely support for sales requests related to product messaging and competitive information.
